Pixar’s Inside Out 2
Get ready to plunge into the world of emotions with Pixar’s Inside Out 2. The movie takes us deeper into the complex feelings that shape our lives. Enjoy a collection of activities for the movie.
Emotions can be a challenging topic for any parent.
Sometimes they can be so strong for a child, and you can feel helpless in helping them navigate them.
When I grew up, it seemed like the ‘party line’ was to stuff them back inside and try your best to ignore them. (Welcome to Emotional Eating 101 where comfort food helps you avoid dealing with your feelings!)
As a parent, I admit to occasionally telling one of my boys they would have to push through a particular emotion. But, usually, I have given them time to have the emotion and then talk with us about the situation that created it.
When Pixar released Inside Out, I joined other parents in rejoicing for a colorful and fun way to explore the world of emotions.
Now, Riley is back as a teen and new emotions are coming out in the new movie.
