Then 2020 shutdowns and virtual school has seen many parents not wanting to send their kids into the schools.
This has led to many needing guidance in how to get started in the process. Or how to pivot when something isn’t working out.

What does this service provide?
Essentially, this is sessions via phone or Zoom to walk through the process of starting your homeschool life.
Choosing curriculum is often the area where help is needed.
But, it can also include figuring out the best processes and set up for your family.
What do I bring to the table?
14 years of homeschooling boys.
2 of them have graduated. One now has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Another is attending a community college.
And son #3 is in his senior year of high school.
Years of teaching science classes and labs (elementary through college.)
Experience homeschooling in different states with their own laws to follow.
Homeschooling while pregnant and with a newborn.
Homeschooling on the road (including the RV)
Working full time out of the home while homeschooling.
Working from home while homeschooling.

Initial “OnBoarding” Appointment
I had someone tell me in the past that they’d love to have the chance to ‘onboard’ with an experienced homeschooler.
This $129 package includes:
Initial email communication to get a sense of your child’s (or children) age/stage as well as family needs.
Then we schedule a call either by phone or online face to face call. This call can be up to 45 minutes. If there are several children, it may not be enough time to get through all of them. But I can do my best!
I’ll follow up via email with any recommendations that come from our call.
Finally, you get 2 additional follow-up calls (up to 45 minutes) to touch base on how things are going.
Additional time can be purchased at a discount as needed.
Add-on options include grading of work, such as writing, or tutoring services (math and science) from either myself of my son with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Also, a single 45 minute call is $69.
