Rock N Learn Spanish DVD, a review
For the past few months, we have been on a Spanish learning spree. I’m not sure who’s enjoying the process more… the boys or me!

About the Rock N Learn Spanish DVD
Rock N Learn has provided us another way to learn and review Spanish vocabulary in our house.
J loves that things are set to music (as it’s his favorite thing) and D seems to like at least some of the songs on this DVD.
Overall, it is a product that can be used again and again to help reinforce learning.
If anything, I would say Rock N Learn’s Spanish DVD should be done in small doses to not overwhelm your child with too much at once.
Vocabulary words covered include:
- Numbers
- Colors
- Parts of the Body
- Food
- Family members
- The Calendar
- The Seasons
- Telling Time
This DVD pulls together the two-volume CDs they also offer into one volume.
While we enjoy just listening at times, the ability to visually see what is being said is quite helpful in these early stages of learning.
And, I am a strong proponent of using music to drill facts into the brain.
This product provides just that in a way that is often catchy without being perceived by the boys as childish in nature.
