With the owner of Wholy Living there, I was able to go through all the bread dough making steps with 2 ladies to oversee what I was doing. The bread we made for the class yesterday came out just fine with their guidance. I’ve added more to my original notes and hope to have better success at home now.
So that the boys wouldn’t get bored AND could get some hands on learning, they were given different tasks to complete.
I took a little video of D learning to use the alligator dicers for both onions and garlic. The smaller one is going on my wishlist seeing how easy it is compared to the garlic press I currently have!
This time, P helped mostly with baby care so I could be more hands on….
