While we were in Louisiana, the boys and I headed into the central business district of New Orleans for a day at the Louisiana Children’s Museum. They are on the reciprocal list for science centers we were given when joining the Anchorage Museum. I suspect we were their first visiting family from Alaska, or at least the first in a while. I wasn’t sure if there would be things for the older boys to enjoy, but that concern was wiped away within minutes of entering the building.
Just after we walked into the museum, there was a exhibit on fitness that captured the attention of all the boys.
From there we walked to an exhibit with Fetch! as host where the kids had fun learning about physics in a hands-on manner.
We ‘ran’ through an exhibit focused on eyes
All to see a special traveling exhibit I wanted to see….
for that you’ll have to come back and visit later this week!
