Making Your Significant Other’s Holiday Brighter with a Date Night Themed Gift

Christmas is almost here and like many Americans I have put some of my shopping off until the last minute.  This includes a few family members in my immediate family. Here are a few of the date night ideas I’ve included in the Christmas gift for my husband:

Outdoor Winter Fun Day : either cross country skiing or snow shoeing with hot chocolate or coffee and soup in thermoses

Snuggle Time by the Fire : enjoy conversation and dessert after the boys are in bed while snuggling by the fire with the lights turned off and a few candles for extra ambient light.

Romantic Dinner for Two after Hours: set the table with my best dishes and enjoy a special dinner without the boys in our own home.

Dining Out on the Town : Pick a ethnic restaurant to patronize and enjoy a dish we either do not or can not easily prepare at home. If possible, we’ll use a coupon to keep the cost down.

I am super anxious to see what my husband thinks about my little project as a way to not only bless him this Christmas season, but to also help us continue to work on our marriage in the upcoming year.
