40 Days of Seeking Him Lent 2016 Holy Week

Time has flown by again for me. Holy Week is upon us as we celebrate Palm Sunday today. I am sure this week will speed by for me as well.

I am hoping to take the time to write more spiritual, reflective posts this week as we weave our way to Easter Sunday.  There are a lot of notes I have made of things I want to share but haven’t gotten it done.

This past week the post with the most views was All Done from A “Peace” of Mind.

I love that graphic which she included as we should all remember that God formed us and knew us before we were born. And, that we all have a purpose in this life.  We just need to listen to Him and follow the path He lays before us to fulfill that purpose.

A favorite post of mine from this past week is Conspiracies and Controversies at Grow in Virtue.

While there are always things to distract us and have us considering conspiracies at every turn, it seems to be notched up for this election year. When all is said and done, getting wrapped up in all the ‘fun’ speculation rarely (okay really never) leaves us enriched or in a better place than when we began that journey.

A few of the submissions last week are things you can do with your kids. One that is quite unique is Using Dyed Easter Eggs after Easter at Gypsy Road.

Her mosaic art idea not only recycles something normally destined for the garbage can, but also can count as art and history studies for those of us who homeschool.
