Making sunscreen part of your morning ritual, like brushing your teeth or hair, can help protect your skin from sun damage. You don’t have to rely on heavily oiled sunscreen either. There are brands which make sensitive and lightweight sunscreens that can protect your face and even be worn beneath makeup.
