As always, there were many wonderful posts submitted last week. I had a hard time picking…. so I have TWO posts to feature this week.
Our family loves Chinese food. Yet, we get into a rut making a basic stir fry of vegetables and meat. I want to try the Asian Chicken and Rice with Vermicelli Noodles at Culinary Flavors.
Life is really good at throwing the unexpected to us. Being adaptable has been so important for my own mental health. Yet, there are times when disappointment hits and I struggle. Jennifer’s post on Dealing with Disappointment at Raising Little Lambs called to me as I’ve had plenty of disappointment lately.
