I am excited to share about the Gluten Free Expo in Denver as a member of the blog team. As always, all opinions are my own. Affiliate links are present in this post and may result in the site earning a commission.
For anyone who has followed me on social media in the past year, you may have seen a shift in my eating. Back in June, I joined the ranks of those eating gluten-free. This wasn’t a decision to join a new ‘fad’ for dieting. Rather, this was after much research and discussion with my healthcare provider.
While I have been seeing significant improvements in my health since giving gluten the heave-ho to the curb, I do sometimes get nostalgic for some of my favorite foods.
Anyone who has gone to a natural foods store to find products that meet specific dietary restrictions will agree that it is a daunting task to find what you want right off the bat. And, most of the certified gluten-free products can put a serious dent in your grocery budget.
This is why I am super excited to be attending the Gluten-Free / Allergy Friendly Expo in Denver held April 21 & 22, 2018.

This Expo brings together awesome brands that are all gluten-free and sometimes exclude other common allergens (e.g. dairy and soy.)
You can see how much I love BFree and incorporate them into my life already:
However, there are a LOT of other vendors that are completely new to me. As someone still relatively new to the world of gluten-free eating, this is such a wonderful opportunity for me.
