Game Day Food Made Easy with HORMEL GATHERINGS® Party Trays was made possible with free product to review. All opinions are our own.
Whether it is a weekly game during the regular season or playoffs, there is something enjoyable about setting a nice spread of food to relax at home watching the game. For my crew, the food is a must!
While I enjoy baking and cooking, returning to work means that my time for those things was cut significantly short. Although the boys are older and can help some, they are not always the best at getting things started early in the day for a nighttime event. And, if I’m just getting home a few minutes before the game starts up, I’m not inclined to spend much time in the kitchen.

While picking up other items at the local Walmart, I was able to grab the HORMEL GATHERINGS® Supreme Party Tray. This comes with HORMEL® Hard Salami, HORMEL® Genoa Salami, Sargento® Pepper Jack Cheese, Sargento® Havarti Cheese, Round Crackers, Peloponnese Pitted Olives.
That’s a whole lot of YUM! in one package.
As we were preparing for an evening game time, I added chili and hot dogs along with some carrots and celery sticks on the buffet table.
Truly, this is a great way to have an easy meal and some much-needed family time. My boys loved making ‘sandwiches’ with the salami, cheese and crackers.
Now when it comes to the “big game”, I may increase the amount of food. However, I know that any of the HORMEL GATHERINGS® Party Trays will fit quite well.
How do you feed the crew for tailgating or at home viewing parties?
