It’s Christmas Eve, so this check in will be quick.
That lovely tummy bug had me temporarily drop a few pounds. After a few days of eating again, I did end up with a 1 pound net loss though. P is convinced that tossing your cookies works your abs like crazy. It’s just not the kind of ab workout I was looking for this season.
Stress is at an all time high with all the last minute details to do. Sleep is not as much as my body is screaming for me to get (as the babe is still quite fussy and clingy which means my getting less sleep.) Water consumption is getting back up as is fruits and veggies. I’m actually looking forward to a nice salad with the spring mix I picked up at the store yesterday.
As for exercise….mine is all about running to and fro plus cleaning like a mad woman.
