Another Friday and another Fit Mommy Check-in.
This one will be short. I feel like a chicken with it’s head cut off with all the running around going on as Christmas quickly approaches. As if all the planned activities were not enough, there’s a minor fire that needs tending with my minor son and his Scouting activities.
Does a Mama Bear getting all riled up over injustices count as a calorie burning activity??
Even if it doesn’t I can claim some more ‘wiggle’ time with the baby this week as well as walking about here and there.
Food wise, I’ve done really well resisting most of the goodies surrounding me. I’m still having some, but not allowing an all out gorge to occur. It took a lot of self control to NOT eat all the hot chocolate cookies we baked yesterday for the Cub Scout pack meeting.
Water intake is level, but still not where it should be. And, it shows in my skin. Scaly, dry legs are NOT attractive. Good thing we live in a super cold climate where I keep them covered at all times.
Sleep was good most nights (except last night when I was fuming over things.) It showed on the scale this morning. I’m still in the 160s,. but just barely.
