I posted my goals on Monday. Nothing big like ‘lose 15 pounds.’ Instead, I want to continue improving my overall health through good nutrition and exercise.
How’s it going??
Well, I haven’t lost any weight. But, I also haven’t gained any. I did, however, find that my pre-pregnancy weight with Little J was 5 pounds higher than what I was remembering. That explains why Mom thought I’d lost more than I thought I had.
I have fit in some physical activity every day.
Monday had an hour of raking leaves outside plus 35 minutes on the treadmill.
Tuesday was a bunch of walking about as we had a field trip in the morning and then some quick walking through Costco to check on prices for winter tires.
Wednesday had me back on the treadmill for almost 40 minutes. My speed was increased to 3.7 mph with a slight incline. I tried pushing up the speed, but ended up with a stitch in my side that only went away if I went back down to the 3.7 mph mark.
Thursday had me dancing about with Little J while listening to a new Wiggles CD we checked out at the library.
Today has yet to be determined. Most likely more dancing with Little J and possibly a bit on the Wii Fit.
Water consumption? Better some days than others, yet not up to the amount I should be drinking each day. I can tell, because my lips aren’t fully hydrated.
Same goes for nutrition as we got caught out at lunch time this Tuesday without lunches packed.
