Depending upon where you live, school might already be back in session. Can you believe that summer is either ‘over’ or almost done? Regardless of which scenario you are in (still on summer break or already back at the books), this is a great time to gather a few science experiments, science freebies, and science books that will make back-to-school fun for everyone. While we homeschool, all of these back to school science projects could be used in small groups (e.g. scouting) with the ability to engage the kids in learning without making it ‘boring.’ My boys have always loved science experiments…the messier the better!
