Even though I homeschool the boys, I feel like my life is jam packed most days. My dream of making everything from scratch does not always come to fruition as I envisioned. Days of shuttling boys to and from activities or classes eats into that time.

These meals all caught my eye and had me imagining some delicious lunches during a busy week.
Beyond the convenience of pulling something from the freezer and having it ready in under 7 minutes, these meals boost a minimum 25 grams of protein. I was happy to see that they lack artificial flavors and instead are full of wholesome ingredients.
I might not always have time to make my meals from scratch. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t find tasty protein rich meal options like STOUFFER’S® FIT KITCHEN™ offers.
I feel a bit of joy when I look at a well stocked freezer. It means less time fretting over what to eat, but rather a quick trip to the freezer and then about 7 minutes of cooking.
