Here in Alaska, high school graduations have been happening and the school year is ending on Thursday. I can’t believe summer is almost here. Sadly, for my homeschooled boys we are not quite done for the school year and will be working on subjects into the summer.

This Week’s Writing Prompt for the Homeschooled Tween or Teen is:
This is our last month for the creative writing link up. So, why don’t we let the last month be all about the author’s choice. Each week for these last four weeks, our students will get to write their own stories. I know we have one contributor moving to Germany as we speak… what a great topic to make into a series. Another just went to her first formal with her dad. So many wonderful life experiences to write about that I think we would all love to hear about. So, share away! I look forward to reading fiction or non-fiction… whatever you guys decide to write is fine!!
