Most of the country is back to school (or about to be!), which means parents everywhere are packing lunches for their chidren. When my older boys went to the parochial school, we had a low cost option for fresh milk. But, if we didn’t, I would have been looking for shelf-stable options for them to bring.
Even though the boys are homeschooled, shelf-stable milk has a place in our home. It makes for an easy drink on the run or even just to have on hand should we run out of milk in the refrigerator or need some for an extended power outage.
Check out this fun app which includes suggested games and snacks for on the run. I’m always happy to break out of our ‘rut’ and try something new.
