Featured Columnist

CrazyMom returns with Mommy Me Time: Mandate or Myth  over at Ramblings at the Crazy House. I have to admit that it is a challenge sometimes to find that crucial balance between taking care of yourself and neglecting the family.

Gentle Humor

33180f5ej1128k2Featured Columnist Lisa shares a video clip in Monday Fun over at The Army Chaps Wife. Cat lovers might really enjoy these.

Gardening and Flowers

Featured Columnist Briana shares Bermuda Grass Inspires Me? over at I Can’t Decide.   I love seeing her photos and such a different style of vegetation compared to what we have up here.

Homekeeping

Featured ColumnistKarri shares The Big Bedroom Reveal over at My Life’s a Treasure. It almost makes me want to help the boys gut and redo their bedroom!  Only I fear they won’t take care of it after it is done, so it seems like too much work.

Finances

Featured Columnist- Mrs. White shares How the Old Time Mothers Survived Poverty over at The Legacy of Home. I admit to doing some of the tips she suggested.  We are not living in poverty. Rather, I want to be frugal and the best stewards of what we have received rather than being a spend thrift.

Modest fashion

Featured Columnist - Caroline from The Modest Mom blog is back with another Modest Monday and a Link Up. I love the skirt she is wearing and need to look for one in my size.  It flows beautifully and is the perfect blend of modest and feminine.

Health and Fitness Check-in

38419lfuw8pyrnhFeatured Columnist -Annie Kate presents Fit Mommy Friday: Overexerting Myself After All posted at Tea Time with Annie Kate.  She shares about  the pitfalls of overexertion.  I know that I’ve been guilty of doing the same thing, too!

Laura O in AK shares the first in a series about personal health with Why You Shouldn’t Ignore Your Health, Part 1 of a Cautionary Tale at Day by Day in Our World. The next post in the series should be coming soon!

Hospitality

Featured Columnist-Heather shares Veggie Frittata over at Marine Corps Nomads.  This is another great idea to boost those veggies in your diet and use what is hanging around the house.

Movies and Music

Featured Columnist - Laura O in AK shares Courageous, a Film that Entertains and Inspires! over at Day Day in Our World.  This could be a great film for families or couples to watch and our church had a movie night for men only with it a few months ago.

Home Business

Featured Columnist - Kathy Brodock from Teaching Good Things shares about Building a Family Economy – Auto Mechanics. Reading this post reminds me that the boys need to start learning more about this vital skill.

Design and Decorate

Featured Columnist Deanna fromHome Haven Ministry will return soon.

The Godly Home

Featured Columnist - Sarah Coller from Hope in Every Season will be back soon.

I am looking for a featured columnist and/or submissions for a Young Adult column.  This needs to be an established teen or young adult blogger.
