Our family enjoys a cup of orange juice on occasion. Granted the boys would drink it daily if I’d let them. But, they are thrilled to have a cup when I’ve picked up a carton at the store.
A little bird had told me there was going to be a tasting at our local Wal-Mart for Florida Orange Juice. My eager beavers and I headed over after church on Sunday to find the tasting hadn’t arrived at the store. So instead of getting to have a small sample there, we bought a carton of Florida’s Natural Orange Juice and had our own tasting at home.
Instead of just sampling the OJ like we would have at the store, it became the beverage of choice for our late brunch. Everyone enjoyed their cup of orange juice and started wishing we had it in the house every morning.
We then enjoyed a quiet day with a viewing of Ice Age 2: The Meltdown to refresh our memories about the storylines before the new Ice Age 4 movie hits theaters on July 13th. For those that haven’t seen Ice Age 2 or just can’t remember which plot line goes with which movie in the franchise, this is the one where they find out Manny is not the last wooly mammoth on earth.
J has decided that he likes the Ice Age movies now, too, and the boys have decided to watch the other movies as well on rainy afternoons. We should definitely be primed and ready to view Ice Age 4 when it hits theaters. D might even be counting down the days until it opens now.
And, we’re now keeping up with Florida Orange Juice on Facebook.
Does your family enjoy having a nice, cold cup of orange juice like mine does?
Have you seen the first three Ice Age movies and do you have plans to catch Ice Age 4 in theaters?
