Today I am grateful for small businesses!
It is Small Business Saturday today and I’m going to visit a few for some holiday shopping.
I’m probably going to head over to Allen & Peterson in Anchorage where we bought our appliances for the house. They have a wonderful kitchen section I want to scope out for some unique items. My fingers are crossed that they’ll accept American Express as I received a $25 AmEx giftcard as a Klout perk in the mail.
I also love supporting Chickabiddy Books, a store that caters to homeschooling families and gives you 10% back to use on products in store when you buy new items in the store. The boys also received $5 credit for their birthdays to spend and managed to get several great books for reading.
