Today I am grateful for local businesses!
Mr. O took the day off and we went in search of our options for pellet stoves. The local fireplace store was NOT on his radar for looking, but I insisted we stop to see if he stocked a hearth gate.
Not only did we find the gate there (first place we’d found to stock it), but we got a fantastic deal on a slightly used pellet stove. Now I just need to get things arranged downstairs so Mr. O can get it installed over the long weekend. It’ll be nice to have an alternative heat source in the house.
But, best of all we are able to support a local business instead of a ‘box’ store.
