Call me lazy if you must, but today I’m actually combining my Holiday Bliss 2010 and Fit Mommy Friday.
Because holidays can be stressful times and we need to remember to take care of ourselves. As that is what I am trying to do via the Fit Mommy Challenge, I’m just saving time and blog space.
So, my goals of exercising several times a week were not exactly met. However, I DID get to have some treadmill time on Tuesday that felt awesome!
My water intake has been better, but still not quite where it should be.
And, sleep is slowly getting better for me. Sadly, I often am more productive on some things (like writing) when everyone is in bed.
The scale decided I could have the middle number return to 6, but if I was rounding it would bump up to 170. At least I’m not gaining a ton with all the temptation around this time of year.
There you have it….my short check in plus a reminder to STAY HEALTHY while enjoying the holidays.
